Agreement for
"PixelSparks"
icons
This
is a legal
agreement
between You,
the purchaser
(LICENSEE) and
Ilona Melis
(DESIGNER). By
purchasing the
"PixelSparks"
icon
collection, you
agree to the
following:
All
the icons
remain the
property of
Ilona Melis,
the DESIGNER.
The icons can
be used
royalty-free by
the LICENSEE
for any
personal or
commercial
projects in
software
applications,
website designs
and interactive
presentations.
This
is a
nonexclusive
license.
Modifications
to the images
are limited to
combinations of
the included
icons and
adjustments to
the hue,
saturation and
brightness.
These icons may
not be resold
or
redistributed
by the LICENSEE
or included
with any
product wherein
the icons will
be resold or
redistributed
(in whole or in
part). For more
information
about broader
licensing terms
please
contact
Ilona
Melis.
The
DESIGNER shall
not be liable
for any
damages,
whether direct,
indirect,
consequential
or incidental,
arising out of
the use of, or
the inability
to use, this
product or any
individual
image.
This
License
Agreement shall
remain in full
force and
effect in the
entire duration
of use of the
icons. It shall
be terminated
if the LICENSEE
does not comply
with the terms
and conditions
of this
agreement and,
or full payment
has not been
made.
